Das KMU-Paket der FFG sieht ein Set von Förderinstrumenten für KMU vor, die Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte durchführen möchten. Eines der Pakete ist Projektstart EU zur Stimulierung der österreichischen Beteiligung von KMU im EU-Rahmenprogramm. KMU können Unterstützung bei der Einreichung eines F&E-Programmes im RP7 beantragen:

Max. Förderhöhe: € 3.000,– (50% der anerkennbaren Gesamtkosten)
Projektstart EU Förderung 1x pro Kalenderjahr möglich. Sollte kein Projekt eingereicht werden, so muss die Förderung zurückbezahlt werden.

Die EUREKA-Bueros von Oesterreich und der Tuerkei starteten einen gemeinsamen Aufruf zur F&E-Zusammenarbeit. Voraussetzung fuer eine Foerderung sind wirtschaftliche Partner in beiden Ländern.

The Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) is the most important EU-funding instrument for education and training. Actually there are a lot of different open calls with deadlines mostly in Jannuary / February 2013.

– LLP Partner Countries: EU 27, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Switzerland, Croatia

– New countries for LLP application round 2013: Participation of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia
The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia have completed the formalities to confirm their status as participating countries of the Lifelong Learning Programme. This means that organisations in these countries are fully eligible to participate both as partners and as applicants in the relevant centralised actions of the 2013 call for proposals.

– Participation of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro
The Call for proposals states that Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro may become eligible to participate in the Lifelong Learning Programme Call 2013 as full partners, provided that the formal steps for participation for each country are completed in due time. However, if the formalities are not completed before the award decision is taken, partner organisations in successful applications from these countries can only continue to participate under the provisions laid out for Third Country participation.

Die Europäische Kommission hat diese Woche den Aufruf 2013 zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen für Projekte und Mobilitätsmaßnahmen im EU Programm für Lebenslanges Lernen veröffentlicht. Projekte werden je nach Projektart entweder zentral auf europäischer Ebene von EACEA oder auf nationaler Ebene von den Nationalagenturen verwaltet.

ACHTUNG: Im Jahr 2014 wird das Program Lebenslanges Lernen fundamental umgestellt: Eingeführt wird dann das sogenannte EU-Bildungsprogramm.

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Antragsteller aus:
— Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union
— EFTA/EWR-Länder: Island, Liechtenstein, Norwegen
— Kandidatenländer: Kroatien, Türkei
— Schweiz
— Albanien, Bosnien-Herzegowina, Ehemalige Jugoslawische Republik Mazedonien, Montenegro und Serbien unter speziellen Bedingungen, für weitere Details siehe hier.

Gesamtbudget: rund 1 276 Mio. EUR.

The European Commission has published this week the call for proposls for the 2013 application round for projects and mobility measures within the EU Programme for Lifelong Learning LLP. Projects are managed either centrally on European level by EACEA or on national level by National Agencies depending on the type of project.

The Lifelong Learning Programme is open to applicants established in one of the following countries:
— the 27 Member States of the European Union,
— the EEA/EFTA countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway,
— candidate countries: Croatia, Turkey,
— Switzerland,

— Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia (only for the programme actions listed in point A.2 of the Annex to Decision No 1720/2006/EC). More information on participation of countries and conditions can be found here.

Deadlines for the submission of projects’ proposals will be probably 31st of January 2013 for the Sub-programmes (Comenius, Erasmus, Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci
Multilateral Projects, Networks, Accompanying Measures), 15th February 2013 for Jean Monnet and 28th of February 2013 for the Transversal Programme. Electronic application forms can be downloaded from the Executive Agency website as of end of September 2012.

8,1 Mrd. Euro als Anreiz für Wachstum und Beschäftigung stehen für die RP7 Arbeitsprogramme 2013 zur Verfügung. Das 7. EU Rahmenprogramm für Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation (2007 – 2013) legt nun einen besonderen Schwerpunkt auf KMU und die Nutzung von Forschung für Innovation und Wachstum.

Die Bewerbungsfristen für die 52 neuen Calls sind zeitlich gestaffelt, die ersten Deadlines sind bereits im September 2012, andere Calls schließen im Herbst/Winter 2012/2013. Die Schwerpunkte dieser Calls sollen einen fließenden Übergang zum Nachfolgeprogrogramm Horizon 2020 darstellen.

The FP7 (2007 – 2013) is the largest competitive funding programme for research, development and innovation.

The deadline for the 52 new calls are different, but the first deadlines are already in September 2012, others in autumn/winter 2012 and 2013.

This last big FP7 call round is regarded as a transition to the new programme Horizon 2020.

Für das 7. EU Rahmenprogramm der EU für Forschung und Entwicklung (2007 – 2013) sind bereits vor der Eröffnung der letzten grossen Ausschreibungsrunde Orientation Papers verfügbar. Die Ausschreibungen werden voraussichtich am 10. Juli 2012 geöffnet. Die Einreichfristen sind unterschiedlich im Herbst und Winter 2012/2013.

Some programmes in the FP7 – the 7th EU Framework Program for Research (2007 – 2013) have a focus also on international cooperation. E.g. for the last call in the energy programme, we expect that some topics will focus on international cooperation with US, Japan, Australia, BRIC and MPCs (Mediterranian Partner Countries).
